做faculty大學排名重要，還是專業排名重要？

A大學綜合排名靠後，專業排名靠前，實驗室好，地方偏僻，附近相關工業較發達。
B大學綜合排名靠前，專業排名靠後(70名以後)，實驗室非常一般，風景不錯，靠近幾個大城市。
該選擇哪一個呢？ 謝謝指教。
