做了12年的軟件，發現合適的工作還是少，怎麽辦？

我做的特別雜，device driver, RAID, ethernet, boot loader ...但沒有一樣是完全的專長。
因為運氣差，最近6年，都是不到2年就被迫離開。

現在找工作，很多是要6年左右經驗的,而且條條款款列了1大堆。

大家有什麽高見吧？
