回複：How do you think of these two flaws?

Personally, I think this is a kind of questions invented by some career consultants who do not have much real life experiences and concerns. I don’t ask such a question when I interview people since I know I will not get any meaningful answers. I was asked this question once or twice and I deferred the answer by saying something like ‘I’m not aware of any significant flaws in me since I thrive to improve and grow professionally and I might have already corrected them over the years…’
