Annual review 裏我這樣寫行嗎？

"at this non-senior position, I think my overall performance should have exceeded expectations."

背景：當時加入公司時希望是senior職位，但是公司表示不可能。考慮到經濟不好我想先幹著再看。現在我自我感覺在目前職位上做得很好，也希望趁機和上級提一下升職的可能，畢竟公司盈利不錯，我的qualification和經驗也夠。所以在performance review裏這麽說，希望能引出這個議題和上級討論。大家認為怎麽樣？謝謝。
