I can not deploy my portlet application to real Portal server su

I can not deploy my portlet application to real Portal server successfully (the screen says “This portlet is unavailable.”. Though I can run my portlets on RAD7 WebSphere Portal v5.1 Test Environment @ localhost successfully without any problem. It seems the real server can not load the xxx.war Modules which is included in xxxEAR.ear. I have looked at the portal server log, I got no hints. But there is Exception thrown by AppServer:
Servlet Request Processor Exception: Virtual Host/WebGroup Not Found : The web group /wps/myportal has not been defined.
Do you have any idea of what the problem is? Many many thanks!
