Thanks for all responses. The headquater HR in CA just called in and asked salary expectation. I told her market value is fine. Then she asked if I have any other offer and said please call her before I take any other offer.

I agree that I may over qulify for the job. I am not very sensitive about pay plus I really like that job. But nobody believe you will be happy to get low paid.....
