大概怎樣折算相當啊？FULL TIME 有帶薪假期，醫保，401等各種福利，CONSULTANT 的W2 ALL INCLUSIVE 啥都沒有了。假如FULL TIME 每年52000刀，好算，25/小時的樣子，CONSULTANT 要多少啊？40/小時？50/小時？大蝦們幫著給個主意。謝謝了。
