龍少爺說的對

我昨天interview的公司是不好。今天中午接到recruitor的電話，說麵試完我，他們又interview了另一個人。我們兩個水平太接近。hiring manager 有點後悔給我offer too early。他拿不定主義要誰，最後決定同時雇傭我們兩個as contractor to hire instead。They pay me fulltime perm rate which much lower than real contractor。等以後他們再有一個opening再把我們兩個轉成fulltime perm。這本來就是fulltime perm position。 我聽了很不高興，當時就回了recruitor 說我不去幹contractor base on that rate。不管怎樣也是長經驗。
這已經是我近兩周遭遇的第三次二選一。第一次可能是對手太強，第二次是個大公司，對手曾經被同一公司， 同一 team laid off。最後HR 的回答是：＂you technically qualified， but the other guy had experience working with the team ...＂
我最近是不是很不lucky？很鬱悶...
