也嘮叨一下美國就業市場

唉，縱橫江湖幾十年了，天從來沒這麽黑過，烏雲密布啊！

本來就算不上景氣，金融危機一來就是雪上加霜了。大公司傷亡數以千計，小公司不是傷亡過半，就是全軍覆沒。活幹不過來怎麽辦？那也得幹，想要人，CEO說我來給你幫忙怎麽樣? 嗬嗬. 最後決定外包,就是不hire

最壞的日子應該快到頭了,但是就業市場何時複蘇很難預測.一定要等到公司有穩定的盈利前景.

本來不想說這些,但飄飄俠的推論有些誤導,所以嘮叨兩句

1 現在收簡曆,以百計,很多open就不公開了
2 公司不愁沒人,不加薪了
3 公司可不搞民主投票,找誰基本上老板說了算
