我在一個family owned公司做MIS,進來的時候比較急，所以工資很低，和manager約談漲薪水但其有意回避。想問一下現在network/system administrator的薪水行情如何？證書有MCITP Enterprise Administrator,CCNA和7年美國工作經驗，想換公司不知道現在機會多不多，誠心求教。
