Today I met the director, he asked me about current salary, I asked him about the range for the position, he said the top salary for this is 11萬, then he asked me my expectation. I think I made a mistake, I said something like money is important, but team is also important, something like that. And he said so I would like they come up with a number first, I said yes.
I'm regret now. Why I don't just say I think I'm on the high end. So many times of job searching, salary is always my pain._:'(
