這個Onsite 麵試靠譜嗎？

我申請了一個公司的職位，原來的老板在這個公司做頭，他說我適合這個職位。他們會create一個新職位。現在邀請我Onsite麵試。我現在都不知道這個新職位的job description。我今天發信給他的秘書問了這個問題，她還沒回信。大家說說這個工作靠譜嗎？
