要不要搬

現在西南部（德州），有一個加州的offer,工資比現在高30%。大家覺的值不值的搬。其他情況，本來就打算賣（換）房子，offer可以幫助賣房。再是覺得加州發展空間大。但是房子太舊和孩子教育也是個問題。大家覺得呢？
