你站在現在的位置上，就要利用一切資源，得到最大的利益，可以是得到經驗，也可以是得到新知識。當你覺得呆膩了的時候，就一彈，蹦！跳到別的位置上去，不要等著快Lay Off的時候，惶恐不安。

你大概看到別人被雷了，很不安。我家親戚被雷的時候，我夾著尾巴好好幹了幾天活，現在又是大尾巴狼一樣，到處吆喝了。我沒有過這樣的經驗，我過去的老板一天到晚跟我說他被雷三次的經驗，搞得我有點心神不定，蹦，跳槽了，上個月見到我過去的老板，他沒誇我，但是覺得我混的還可以。
