如何填寫美國聯邦政府工作的Onlline Application？

我對這個係統深感頭疼？上個月，我花了很多時間填寫了一份申請，但電腦係統一直告訴我，我的申請地位屬於 "Status not available" . 換句話說，我也不知道該係統收到了我的申請沒有。this is super frustrating.
