關於interview的問題

去年十二月申請了一個工作，phone interview 以後就沒有消息了, means not qualified. 今年初一個recruiter打電話跟我提到同一個公司，問我是不是感興趣。我告訴他我曾經試過，但他說可以再試，理由是可能不是同一個position（我感覺其實是同一個，因為job title, description and requirements是一樣的）。我想does not hurt就請他送簡曆去。結果phone interview以後又去了onsite interview。但上周末recruiter 打電話說沒有通過。
昨天又收到同一個公司HR的email，說明天有個一小時的phone interview。看上去終點又回到起點。這到底是怎麽回是， 我的簡曆從去年到現在從來沒變過。HR怎麽沒發現我已經申請過好多遍.我該告訴HR我剛剛被他們拒絕了， 還是裝做什麽都沒發生再試。萬一我通過了phone interview(most likely)他們叫我onsite我又看到同樣的interviewer該怎麽辦?
