公司Review 時，怎樣做自我評估比較好？好，中，差？
實際工作中非常能幹，但不太會說。

-- Successfully joined Pres. Obabma's Dinner Party without get invitation;
-- Independently blocked Google's email ON TIME ON BUDGET, etc;
-- Even you are 不太會說 in normal hours, you have to lean how to 說之 from 胡哥胡說之 at here. to show all your achievements of this year;
-- If I were you, I will definitely give myself a Exceed Expection or Top level rate. Why not?
-- My manager may not agree my self review and self rank, but that is totally OK. My self rank is just how I judged myself, regardless how others think.

非常希望評估後能加些薪。
