-- Annual performance review in a company is important, it will decide how much salary raise you will get.
-- 近期目標: Since you are in a Sr. Technician position,
the goal can be: finish current project, manage Jr. Tech, do whatever my manager asks me to do , etc.
-- 遠期目標: Depends on what career track you and your manager agreed for your future development.
If continue on the Technician track, or other technical track, I will put: Update my technical Skill, or Keep update myself through self training (or join payed training courses), to get higher level technical certificate, involve more complex project design, etc.
If you and your manager agree you will change to management track, I will write something like: Get training on people management skills, transfer my focus from a individual contributor to a team manager and project manager, etc.
-- I will ask my manager for his suggestions and advices about how should I set up my short/long term goals.
