尋找Oracle DBA job

老公剛剛考過oracle 10g DBA certification， 想改做oracle DBA. 他目前是在工程軟件公司當developer support,已工作近8年，工資還不到6萬（在東岸）。他動手能力和邏輯思維都很強，沒有身份問題，但英語較差。很想請問各位，他如何才能轉行成功？工資應要多少？上哪些地方去找？
