There is no reason for them to ask for your paystub.

When looking for a new job, never say what your current salary is since the expected salary is the most important. Just give them a expected range and let them know that you also look other companies. Let the employers compete.

You should try to get your market price for your qualifications and experiences, not what you are earning now.
