難道真的是我要求太高?

準備轉工業界工作，Background: CPA/2years+ Public accounting firm audit experiences/需要H1b transfer/out of job market 1 year.目前修MBA課程.
Target position: senior/staff accountant.
最近和一Recruiter談了談意向,對方問salary expectation是多少,我說55k-60k,她說要求太高,如果要sponsorship,應該考慮45k+的工作.

難道現在市場行情真的到了這個地步?還是我要求太高？
