回複：新年新問題

IMO，千萬不要抵觸，如別人提意見，如果你認為是善意的建議，對項目可能有幫助，GOTO A； 如果你認為不是善意的刁難，GOTO B：

A。 “it might be a good option; let me SPEND SOME TIME and think about it" or "it is very interesting, I will see what I can do" etc.
今後在會上匯報工作時，要表揚提建議的人，give credit to others,搞好關係，體現團隊精神。


B。 不說話，麵帶微笑（稍微一點點嘲笑，要把握分寸）聽完。可追問“anyone wants to give comments?". 會後我行我素，按自己的計劃幹，在給老板私下匯報時說，“I have considered XXXX's comments/opinion/input, but it does not make sense at all...." etc. 老板麵前也就交代完了。
