I am an accounting student. try to answer the question:
if your boss hire two associates, then the salaries of two associates will be the expenses of the company.
if your boss and two associates are partnership. the salaries of all them will still be the expenses of the company. rest of money that distributed between three should be considered as owner withdrew.
you need give more detail of the company, otherwise nobody know how to answer you.
