剛解決了這個問題。

困惑了我2天，剛才才突然想起可能是FireWall的問題。因為TCPDUMP能收到，說明Packet送到了我的NIC, 但我的UDP沒收到，說明是OS屏蔽掉了。那可能就是Firewall的問題了，馬上將Firewall取消，就收到了。謝謝大家。
