CEO founded this company after graduation abt 6 years ago, now company is in a mess as no process, he doesn't know how to do it and no future plan, he may think with his way of management company still runs ok, but he doesn't know if he wants to grow, he needs to hire more capable staffs to drive the process, not listen to him to do, with his micromanagement, I am very frustrated even he pays me 6 figures salary. No passion to work hard.
