1. If you have to "claim" the status of a superstar, you are not a superstar yet, much less the superstar. (Superstars are earned, conferred upon, not self-claimed.)
2. Don't let the preceding fact discourage you, though. Self-confidence, but not over-confidence, certainly not self-conceit, is important, even critical, to workplace success. And that, you no doubt don't lack, which will go a long way to help you establish a truly successful career.
