recruiter 和 company 的關係

3個月前我通過recruiter找到一個contract工作, 一個月前公司讓我先回家待幾天,因為他們的項目slowdown,可現在已經一個月了,沒有任何消息,我e-mail 給recruiter,他說他馬上e-mail 給公司manager,問是什麽原因,但公司的manager一直沒有回答他. 請大家幫我分析一下, 到底是誰出了問題?
