He is very talkative. likes to cut other people off to talk about his idea too. if one does not stop him, he can talk forever. Everyone here knows about it. I start to use the "timeout" sign with him to let him know it is time to stop and give other people chance to speak. It works well. when he cuts me off, I will cut him off right back by saying" listen, ..." But we are very familiar with each other's style and none of us takes these things personally. may not work for others.
