求助，今天拿了一個政府的工作，還在等另一個offer。怎麽辦？

今天收到電話，我3周前interview的一個Federal工作給了我offer。我在10天前還在另一個部門（agency)interview了另一個工作，後者級別高一點兒，離家也較近前者近。 拿到offer後，我給後者的hiring manager打電話問情況，說是已經決定要我了，正在process.我是否應該接下第一個offer,然後拿到第二個在回絕第一個？還是現在立刻拒絕第一個？如果這樣作，是不是很過分？實在是沒經驗，感覺跟中大獎似的。糾結中，求大家幫忙。。。
