問個問題

文章/論文是不是誰發表了就是誰的？我的Master論文完成了99%， 可是跟我的導師做不下去了, 我一直在咬牙堅持，我自己都沒想到這個時候會去換導師，如果我換導師我這個論文就作廢了， 我得去做另外一個research. 我的導師是說她會去發表這篇文章，如果她發表了她就是第一作者， 這樣做對嗎？整個research 都是我一個人完成的， 付出大量的時間和精力, 導師沒動過一下手，但做過一點指導.
相信學校的經曆大家都有，謝謝建議！
