申請了一個postdoc position, 剛才電話interview,被問到：

1.“How long are you going to work in my lab?"

2. what is your long term goal? Do you want to run your own lab in the future?

3, Since you are doing research on animals, while my lab is working on human diseases,do you think it will be a problem for your future career development? How do you explain this to people?
