If your employees can access to your central system, he or she login the system and submit a request for a .pdf format of the 稅表.
Then, there should be a clear statement saying that the user should understand that it’s his or her responsibility to keep the .pdf safe and make sure remove the file after print or email to his/her own from the device where he or she generates this .pdf file.
Remember this: it’s always better practice that mail out a hard copy to your employee’s home rather that leaving a chance that the 豬啊豬's 稅表 could be found through google.
