請教:我需要回複這個email?

昨天發出CV 後, 立刻收到一個confirmation of application email from 一個staff, 不知是HR officer or not. 這個email 是係統自動生成的. 這個不用回複.

今天一早, 又收到來自同一個人的email,想聽一聽大家的建議,我是否應該回複, 怎樣回複.

另外,在我的CV和cover letter的contact detailsl裏,我已經寫明4天後我要離境for holiday, 並給了那時的聯係電話,如果需要reply the email, 我需要再提一下這件事麽? 畢竟也就4天的時間我就離境了.

要回國呆一段時間,想著在網上繼續找工作,需要時再回來interview,不知到可行不可行?
