-- Go through the action items of last week, see what is done, what is not, be sure under stand what is the status now. If one item was not done, what is the reason, what care need to be taken to make it done.
-- Topics of this week, what is the plan;
-- Action items for next week;

-- Pull people back if they start talking some useless stuff.

-- Ask people discuss it offline if only few of them interesting the details, not everybody should stay for listening.
