急！不得已！ 想要找把我雷掉的頭做reference

是不是個good idea? 那家夥人好像還可以。

我想給他發個email,意思是我請他做我的reference.但他如果覺得他的comments on me不能幫我得到這份工作，我情願他不要給我做reference. 我怎樣才能把這番話說的婉轉漂亮些？
