感歎一下：普通老美的Math 和 Logic真差。

俺把房子委托Real Estate management 管理，他們給我寄來的收入，expenditure明細賬，盡是錯：（。不是double charge，就是不consistent。還TNND跟我說，他查了兩遍後，才給我寄來。TNND， absolutely no competent！
