公司內部同級換工作說明什麽？

咱們部門在找人（見我以前發的），本來已看好一位同胞MM，但冷不丁的從內部殺出一號強人來，是另一個部門的，做的工作和我們有交集，當然很合適了，但我就不明白他為啥要跳啊？一樣的Title， 一樣的工作，沒道理啊，嚴重懷疑此人不好相處， 大家說說，他的動機到底是什麽？
我想說服我們老板要我們的同胞，但此人從各方麵更強一些，難啊
