my suggestion...

- Open communication – group face-to-face discussion, topics not only technical but also communication including interview skills
- Build self-confidence and self-esteem
- join local professional group meetings

we ALL had bad or even VERY bad, interview experience, just let it go! tomorrow it is another day!
