我認為聽上去很靠譜，no worries

我估計你老大在公司不好說，但是這樣說應該也和他的上司討論了。如果你的能力被大家認可的話，你應該相信他。
我猜現在的division可能效益不好，所以裁人是計劃中硬性的。按照seniority來的。新的部門中有位置，但要走流程。聽上去很正常。

估計你被裁人嚇的所以疑神疑鬼的了，我也經曆過，你會好的。我認為你的疑慮有象有點多餘，你可以直接提出問是否有人對你不滿意，為何要裁你？
