我們70-80後中國IT人在美國發展受限製已經定局，如何說呢;
在美國發展的很大程度上受限於你的文化語言能力。
這個在絕大多數70-80後的身上還是個挑戰。你學技術好，語言文化上的精力就會少1些。

我們國家的教育不是英語教育。
你看當年錢學森在國內可是全英文教育。解放前，很多中學都是教會學校，大學都是英文課本英文授課。所以基礎很好。現在有些學校也開始了。還有全英文的中學專為出國人用。

我同事弟弟在美國念書-土木工程，所以我們話題比較會說到這方麵，她就說大多數在美國念理工的家庭條件都比較差，很多刻苦讀書的都是農村來的，作學問可以，但是在美國爬上去不具備自身條件啊。

當然努力總是要的，但是一定要對自己的綜合能力和期望有個明確認識，否則失望大於希望。
