如果我是mycareerdream我可能這麽做（估計你們滿意了）

我支持她是應為我覺得她其實蠻正的，至少文字上感覺的。
她的工作比較繁瑣，她可能算完美主義，自己對自己呢要求也很高。所以希望找個比較能上手的。所以我支持她。我其實也是這樣。
至於吹不吹的問題，大家各自都知道，但是吹過頭就不好了，所以我說最後還是要憑本事吃飯。

但是有幾個朋友說的也很對。我如果是個junior mgr,我估計是會在7個老中中挑個看的順的，然後招來調教。印度人是可能不錯，除非是新畢業的。否則估計也不太好掌控。如果找不到合適的，我會繼續找。
