But I hate this kind of fake IQ question.
Is it fair to ak thee job irrelated question
to a sr engineer who is at his 40-50s?

I was asked the similar question by a chinee hiring manager.
I told him i am not a new graduate and my kids can anwer better than me. Then I lost the offer after 3 on-site.
