questions to work with job agent

有獵頭打電話給我關於說他的一個job position很合適我.但從job requirement來看並不是十分match我的skills。 不過這個公司是我很想去的公司，而且在公司的web page上看不到這個position,那我需要告訴這個agent我並不是十分match他們的要求嗎？這樣他還會幫我遞resume嗎？
