Resume update only needs a few hours for the lastest experience and then posted it to dice and careerbuilder. Found positions that were great match. Send resume out manually through the sites or emails provided. Reading books was just refresh my memory for some concepts that are not dealt everyday (1 book/1 day, not not sleep, though). Did a few online tests. Not several offers. Just 2. Others were just interviews.

Again, I'm really just an average one but do have many years experience to brag about.

I failed a couple of phone interviews hooked up by the recruiters but learned from it. If they ask the same questions again, they will get the right answer.
