The most effective job site for me is monster.com. Half of my on site interviews are from the recruiters who finds me. They use that site pretty often.

Another sites that are effective are hotjobs.com and careerbuilder.com. Some companies stick to these 2 sites. But they are much less accessed than monster.com in my experience.
