I would like to build strong and positive relationship with my supervisor. Ideally, I hope my supervisor can define measures for evaluating employee performance and goal achievement, clearly communicates expectations and standards for performance, provides timely, objective feedback that helps improve my performance.
I would have an ownership of my assigned works, execute them in a timely manner with the best effort.
