You need to better communicate with your boss and keep a professional relationship with your boss. You need to find the reason why your boss doesn't like you. You can sit down with your boss and discuss what his expectation, what your responsibility so that both you and your boss are on the same page. If there are any issues or delay for the projects, inform your boss first. Also, provide several options how to solve the problem. If you have too many projects and cannot complete on time, ask your boss what the pririoties are.

Face is nothing. Don't care too much about losing face. You have to work for living. That's it.

If your boss give your a task that cannot be done at the deadline, just tell him at the begining. But you need to give a reason and how long you can get it done or at what kinds of conditions or resources. Also, don't do it too fast. Keep the same pace as your peers. Even you have nothing to do, pretend you are busy.

You can complain to HR but it's useness. Just try to look for a new job. After you get offer, then resign.
