interview 在即，問題實在多多。
1.我發resume的時候，employment 還沒有terminated.(公司的layoff package benefit),所以resume上這段工作經曆寫的是current.到麵試的時候，employment with previous company就結束了。是不問不說好還是主動update 好？

2.在原公司有一段時間是technical lead.這一次隻是senior engineer,要不要刻意表現自己的ability for taking lead and making decision?因為是group interview,參加的人員的role都還沒有告訴我，很有可能有current 的technical lead.如果不突出這方麵的能力，這畢竟又是個senior position.
-- In my previous experience, I have been doing well as a individual contributor and I have been doing well as a team lead.
-- I am flexiable and open to any position that my manager want me to be in. I am sure I will fit into the team well as I did in all my previous companies.
-- During the interview, focus on one thing: SELL YOURSELF. USE THE CHANCE OF ANSWERING EVERY QUESTION TO SELL YOURSELF.
