小老板->大老板->HR

公司一般的處理方式是先盡量和稀泥，如果complain比較多、比較嚴重再把一方調走或趕走，但公司絕對不敢不處理，有法律問題的。我知道的一個實例就是公司找個借口把騷擾別人的人趕走了。隻是這被趕走的不是老印，而是一老中。
