I don’t what the company culture is.. So it is difficult for me to expand.

Besides, I am on business travel…
Just try to be helpful giving some thoughts.

Why am I best fitting to XXX company culture?

Visiting your website, one of things striking me is your XXX Company Way or XXX culture description. XXX company Way (GE Way, Microsoft Way for examples) clearly states XXX’s (Senior management’s) vision and mission. Such established corporate objectives are cascaded down to all levels to form the cohesive culture, from which I see the leadership’s commitment to (excellence) and a systematic management approach in place.
Under such culture, everyone can embark upon a shared journey, making contribution in the right way each and every day. As a team player, I ask myself two questions:
1) What I can do

61550; Can align upward with business objectives, and commit to delivering products/ supports on time in the right way (Company Culture’s guideline).
61550; Prioritize and accomplish the business tasks effectively and efficiently
61550; Mentor and share knowledge and lessons learned.
61550; Leverage the other resources.
2) What’s in it for me.
Improve technical skills
Learn business skills
Learn ways to build up teams effectively
